Evening sportsfans!! not alot to get excited about today to be honest & hopefully we can get back to winning ways tomorrow although the quality of racing certainly leaves alot to be desired with a C5 race the best quality brighton can muster...

1pt e/w EAGER TO BOW 4.30 brighton (nap) 7/1 paddy power

1pt e/w SAINT IRENE 5.30 brighton (nb) 10/1 bet365

0.5pt e/w double

both selections are C&D winners that look to be on handy marks but like i said the quality of racing tomorrow is rock bottom so i wouldn't be going daft to be honest.

now onto this weeks #stealingaliving top 10!!

10. simon crisford (knob)
a re-entry for the man who we still don't know what his job title is but quite frankly i've gone past caring..i simply don't like the smarmy twat!!

9. ted durcan (a man that sits on horses)
continues to get beat on far more things than he should...dead ted really has had some shockers this last week tho!!

8. joe kinnear (director of fresh air at st james park)
newcastles director of football told fans to judge him on the signings he brings to the club...well thats fuck all then joe!!! i do wonder what mike ashley is actually paying him for..

7. nani (wife of grandad)
has just signed a new 5 year deal with united... HOW??

6. david moyes (man utd interim-manager)
i can only think he issued the ridiculous contract to nani..?

5. clare balding (rug muncher extraordinare!!)
whilst miss baldings journalism skills are not in question i was led to believe she transferred from the BBC to C4 during the summer.. yet pops up hosting the horse trials on BBC2 today!! obviously playing one off against the other..nice work if you can get it!!

4. teddy grimthorpe (strange old man)
still panicing about the juddmonte empire being dispanded.. will they dispand teddy to!?!?

3. all non international premiership footballers
the lads on fat pay packets that are not good enough to get into there international sides have had an easy week with the international break..alright for some!!!

2. paul bittar (clown from the BHA)
so paul swans off on his 54 day holiday whilst martin dwyer was left sweating over his ban & livleyhood..need to get the job sorted before doing one mate, simple.

1. the entire indian jockey club (bent as fuck)
seem to simply make there own rules up as they go.. and poor martin dwyers treatment has been nothing short of disgraceful & for that reason every single one of them are quite literally..STEALING A LIVING!!!

many thanks for following & i hope you enjoyed my blog!!

Evening sportsfans!! the nap netted us a tidy 12pt profit to advised bets today but we just couldn't find one to go with it unfortunatly but after the awful start to month we've had i'm not going to knock a 16/1 winner!! :-)

1pt e/w BARREN BROOK 3.35 york (nap) 10/1 ladbrokes

1pt e/w DEMOLITION 5.10 york (nb) 18/1 bet victor

0.5pt e/w double

im sure you've all got better things to do on a saturday evening than listen to my ramblings so i wont go into detail but best of luck if you follow.

6/9/2013

Evening sportsfans!! its time to buckle down find some winners, simple as that as we're already showing a deficit to advised bets this month although it is very early days but hopefully we can swing the balance of power back in our favour tomorrow..

1pt e/w CONFESSIONAL 2.05 haydock (nap) 16/1 bet365

having spent the last 12 months in no mans land as regards his handicap mark he finally gets down to somewhere he can be competitive off & has slipped a pound below his last winning mark now, he'll love any cut in the ground & his form really isn't to shabby upon closer inspection..a short head second in a Group 3..2 lengths fourth behind last seasons sprinting sensation ortensia.. 3 lengths fourth behind sole power in a listed contest..thats not far off top level stuff & i think he looks cracking value here.

1pt e/w SOUL 3.50 haydock (nb) 14/1 bet365

you can forget anything this lad has done on anything other than soft ground as thats imperative for him & anyone that seen him take a decent Group 3 field apart last season couldn't fail to have been impressed, he hammered a decent yardstick in maarek 5l that day & was value for more. the next time he encountered soft ground was when trying to give weight to mince in another G3 contest & the only other time there has been soft in the going description for him was when trying to give no other than black caviar 3lbs when being beaten just a length in last years diamond jubilee stakes. thats top drawer stuff & the more rain that falls the better.

1pt e/w SOLAR DEITY 2.55 kempton 12/1 bet365

this lads clearly a far better horse on polytrack than he is on turf with an a/w record of.. 1-4-1-1-3-1-1-3. he does have an absence to overcome but he goes well fresh & looks to have been laid out for this.

1pt e/w EXCELLENT GUEST 1.55 ascot 28/1 bet365

he loves this straight course at ascot & hes not badly treated when you look at his form on a whole. a big field cavalry charge suits him down to the ground & looks decent value here.

e/w yankee (2pts in total)

many thanks for following..

Evening sportsfans!! dream catcher placing the highlight of an otherwise fruitless day & we need to find a few winners & a bit sharpish if im honest. now tomorrow is going to be perilous punting wise with rain forecast all over the place..will it arrive..will it get into the ground?? to say its a guessing game is an understatement but i've done my selections based on THERE BEING RAIN so i can only urge you to check the going reports tomorrow as this could backfire if it doesn't arrive...

1pt e/w KLYNCH 3.00 haydock (nap) 16/1 paddy power

seems to have slipped under the radar slightly but has dropped 4lb below his last winning mark & with forecast rain he looks to be the value call here.

1pt e/w MAYOMAN 2.00 haydock (nb) 9/1 bet365

another whos slipped a few pounds below his last winning mark but again he must have the forecast rain to put him in with a chance..

1pt e/w NEZAMI 2.50 chepstow 14/1 bet365

i think neil callan can have a fruitful time at chepstow by the looks of it & hes certainly not going there for his health! this lad drops into a C6 for the first time since his last win & this will be the weakest race he has contested throughout his career.

e/w trixie (2pts in total)

please keep an eye on the weather & if the forecast rain DOES NOT ARRIVE then i can only advise very minimal stakes & keeping everything crossed if i'm honest but it seems the general concensus of opinion is that we're in for quite a bit tomorrow.

many thanks for following..

4/9/2013

Evening sportsfans!! not the greatest days racing today & best left alone to be honest & hopefully we're nice & refreshed & can find a few winners tomorrow..

1pt e/w SNOOKY 2.30 haydock (nap) 16/1 bet victor

theres a real problem for quite a few of these in this race in the fact that they will want to get on the front end & rolling but they cant all lead! i think one or two throats maybe cut in the process & old cono zur will make sure this is run at a breakneck pace which will suit us down to the ground & after only 12 lifetime starts our lad is still relativley unexposed. after being stepped up in grade on his last two starts where he cut no ice the drop back into C4 company will be far more suited & he can get his season back on track here.

1pt e/w SHAHRAZAD 4.40 haydock (nb) 8/1 bet365

has improved leaps & bounds since stepped up in trip & has been unfortunate to bump into a couple of "live ones" on her last two starts. she goes well for an amateur & in what looks a field of exposed types she can carry on her progression here.

1pt e/w DREAM CATCHER 7.10 kempton 15/2 bet victor

has dropped to a workable mark & whilst the draw could of been kinder he has bags of early pace & should be able to tack across to the rail & lead these a merry dance with a bit of luck.

e/w trixie (2pts in total)

many thanks for following..

1pt e/w JAMES POLLARD 5.40 goodwood 11/1 william hill

1/9/2013

Evening sportsfans!! an awful days racing in the uk today & best left alone so we had a rare day off but we're back with tomorrows selections & this weeks stealing a living top 10!!

1pt e/w I'M SUPER TOO 2.40 hamilton (nap) 8/1 bet victor

after some creditable runs at a higher level this dual course winner now looks on a workable mark & can make his mark here.ignore his last run as the race wasn't ran to suit him at all & is well worth another chance here.

1pt e/w PATAVIUM PRINCE (nb) 16/1 bet victor

absolutly loves it here at brighton & his course record in C5 races & below reads.. 2-2-1-2-1-4-5-2-2-3-3-2-4-3 and looks cracking e/w value here.

1pt e/w HAB REEH 5.10 hamilton 12/1 bet365

has fallen onto his last winning mark over C&D and serena brotherton is always a bonus in these type of races.

e/w trixie (2pts in total)

now onto this weeks #stealingaliving top 10 & its all change at the top following a chaotic weekend of sport!!

10. paulo di canio (sunderland manager)
rule no.1 in the football managers handbook is wait until the changing room before sounding off at your players paulo & its all starting to fall apart for the fiery italian..

9. danny welbeck (man utd striker)
strolled around the park today like he was on a sunday afternoon out with the kids..pull your finger out son or you could quite easily become a regular!!

8. frankie dettori (one time good jockey)
signed on the dotted line..fat retainer..job done.. such a shame..

7. mick fitzgerald (channel4 puppet)
quite adept at tipping the fav mick hit a new low on saturdays morning line when claiming he was an "avid viewer of NFL since channel 4 starting showing it".. do me a favour mick you wouldn't know a touchdown from a hoedown!!

6. ashley young (permanently injured footballer)
cashleys back on the sidelines..but the paycheck will continue to roll in!!

5. ted durcan (awful awful jockey)
"dead ted".. says it all really...

4. paul bittar (BHA spokesperson/fool)
about to embark on a 54 day holiday... nice work if you can get it paul!!

3. harry herbert (highclere racings senior hype officer)
after they finally put telescope over a proper trip old sherbert dip decides he doesn't want to put his hand in his pocket & supplement him for the leger..instead he decides to go to champions day over 10f.. not a prayer sherbet..not a prayer my friend..

2. teddy grimthorpe (juddmonte racing manager)
lord teddy was clearly worried about prince khalid dispanding his empire when interviewed on channel 4 on saturday..looks like the cushiest job in racing could be coming to an end..

1. david moyes (man utd interim manager)
COME ON FEEL THE NOISE!! SIT DOWN DAVID MOYES!!
has now been tactically out whitted by both jose & brendan in his last two games..dump him now & you might have a chance of winning the league cup united!!lol

and yes i'm a liverpool fan.... :-) #ynwa #lfc

please be aware the #stealingaliving league is a harmless bit of fun and is mearly meant to brighten up your day!!
