morning team mallard!!! :-) and what a morning it is after yesterdays monumental day at york, all selections nailed win & place including a 65/1 double & a very short favourite beat win & place in the lay section! firstly kieron bought home the bacon on progressive stayer kirthill then we put our trust in frankie....and our boy delivered in style scorching down the knavesmire in full flight to bring dubai prince home with the minimum amount of fuss,KERCHING! enough wallowing as we all know were only as good as our last selection & onto today.

today's LAYS are...

motivado                3.40 york

today's BACK selections are...

biographer            2.30 york
willing foe             3.40 york

from the top then, typical sir mark prescott beast with a similiar profile to many of his stablemates & runners from the yard are open to any amount of improvement but this one im not so sure as hes already had 12 outings and if you look at his run  behind mount athos on his penultimate start he looked like a non stayer, cruising up on the outside only to weaken 2 furlongs out like he hit a wall and that was on a mark of 95,2lbs lower than todays mark, granted mount athos has upheld the form but the form of his win LTO isn't great and his opponents that day where knowhere near the class of the opposition he faces today.im gonna stem the flow & stand this all day long win & place.
now onto our back selections & biographer really could be a potential group race performer masquerading in a hcap, stepped up in trip hes open to any amount of improvement over this longer trip that hes been screaming out for and connections must surely have the same view as he's entered up in the 2m 2f cesarewith!! then the NAP goes, willing foe in the ebor.with frankie on board this very progressive son of dynaformer can bring home the bacon today & reward followers at a decent price.although a 5-y-o he has had only eight lifetime starts so could still be open to improvement & godolphin have given the gelding time to mature,he has form that closely ties in with yesterdays winner kirthill, being beaten only a length over an inadequate 10f & also his second in the november h'cap behind zuider zee reads very well with that rival now rated 108.he's another that will relish the extra two furlongs today & is proven with some give underfoot,i'll be having an e/w double on these two but as always whatever you decide good luck & happy punting!!

regards
ian
